Accounts Executive

We are looking for an Accounts Executive to track and evaluate day-to-day activities. Accounts Executive responsibilities include establishing financial status by developing and implementing systems for collecting, analyzing, verifying and reporting information. We are also looking for someone to work closely with our financial management team.

Job responsibilities:

Post journal entries to the accounting software.
Manages accounting functions including maintenance of general ledger accounts payable, accounts receivable, and project accounting.
Analyze and reconcile bank statements and general ledgers
Maintain and record fixed assets
Act as a liaison for vendors to reconcile any billing discrepancies
Acts as a liaison between the organization & the external auditors to meet information needs and to ensure that proper information is maintained for historical purposes.
Any other task assigned by the Finance Manager/Assistant Manager

Requirements:

Proficient with ERP systems, including Microsoft Office
Hands-on experience working with general ledgers
Strong written and verbal communication skill
Organizational and time-management skills
Enthusiastic and passionate
ACCA part qualified/Final year of ACCA

Experience:

6 Months-1 Year
