Field Recovery Officer

We are looking for a competent Field Recovery Officer to contact clients and collect outstanding payments. You will have to strike a balance between maintaining trustful relationships, and ensuring timely payments. Responsibilities that come under this role are as follows:

Monitor allocated accounts to identify outstanding loan of defaulters
Undertake a minimum of 15 - 20 client visits in a day for the purpose of recovery & collections
Investigate the defaulter’s whereabouts and get hold of his physical location
Take actions to encourage timely loan payments
Deal with defaulters face to face and negotiate for recovery
Reporting on recovery & collection activity and accounts receivable status
Maintaining a log of daily activities
Planning for future course of actions and develop creative ideas for recovery

Job Requirements:

Must have a minimum of Intermediate certification
Tech pro and smart phone user
Must have strong negotiation skills to deal with loan defaulters
Must possess Reporting and Analytical skills

Experience in Banking Sector will be a plus.
