Responsibilities:

Initiating sales with potential customers over the phone.
Stay up to date on all products & offerings and persuade customers for new products.
Answering customers' queries.
Manage customer expectations ans service standards.

Requirements:

Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Should be target oriented, hard working and punctual
Applicant should preferably have prior Telesales experience.
