To monitor budget and prepare monthly head statements.
Handling Student FEE cycle, i.e. registration, payments, and records etc.
Up keeping departmental files; ensures that all records are updated and modified as necessary.
Fee recovery, student retention and campus financial management.
Staff salaries and accounts management.
Maintaining staff attendance, records and submission of monthly attendance reports.
Cash and bank reconciliation.
Liaison with financial regulators – locally & internationally.
Encompass all these responsibilities, procedures and policies to be implemented from tasks as broad as;
student admissions, student assessments, staff recruitment, payroll, Fee software management, Fee collections, attendance, inter school communications, parental management, audit and financial reporting to the CEO on daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly and yearly basis.
Will be a bridge between the FCIS Head Office and Senior Management
