As Manager, Outreach & Recruitment, the main responsibilities are related with

Student admissions, outreach, assessments, enrollment and coordination with Admissions Department.
Daily outreach & dealing with target audience to get admissions i.e. students, parent’s community, education consultants etc.
Providing all information about subjects, eligibility, admission procedure, admission formalities & assessments, student registrations, fee policy, student admission slip printing and all other general school guidelines and policies.
Making follow-up calls to potential leads/admissions for Admissions and maintaining a proper database synced with Admissions Deptt.
Student recruitments from various schools, their induction and orientation.
The Manager, Outreach & Placement will research, develop and implement strategies with Head Office and perform students recruitment.
He/She will work in collaboration with various stakeholders, schools, colleges, institutions, setups to maximize growth opportunities for FCIS.
Reports directly to Country Director over progress on weekly basis.

A highly motivated individual who thinks out of the box to achieve targets and has energy to do more.
