Are you interested in joining a new state-of-the-arts dermatology clinic lead by a UK based dermatologist? We are seeking a highly energetic female Clinic Manager/personal assistant (22-60 years old) to join a private modern new skin clinic with a vision in excellence located at a convenient and central location in Lahore.

Working alongside the lead consultant you will be managing and overseeing the general running of the clinic.
Excellent customer service skills are absolutely essential. You will be responsible for leading the efficient operational delivery of advanced skin solutions that work within the clinic.
You will manage every aspect of the day to day clinic operation ensuring the highest quality of service is provided to patients.
You will ensure that the relevant protocols are followed to make for a seamless patient journey.
You will deal with any issues or complaints that arise, maintaining accurate documentation.
You will also ensure that all patient administration is kept accurate and up-to-date at all times.
You will liaise with the team in order to implement new initiatives, promoting treatments to patients and making promotional materials readily available in the clinic.
You will liaise with the consultant to make sure all treatments are fully understood.
You must be computer literate and posses excellent communication skill especially English.
A medical background is desirable but not essential.
In return for all your hard work you’ll receive an attractive base salary, generous holiday entitlement and a fantastic uncapped commission scheme.
