Supervise the sales executives and manage sales/lead transfers
Develop and maintain performance reports of the team members
Provide daily direction and communication to sales executives so that the customer calls are answered in a timely, efficient and knowledgeable manner.
Provide continuous evaluation of processes and procedures to manager operations
Provide statistical and performance feedback and coaching on a regular basis to team members.
Address disciplinary/performance problems according to the company policy
Assist the manager operations with daily operations of the call center
