Key responsibilities will be as follows,
- Resolving Customer queries
- Internal coordination with different departments to resolve the query efficiently and effectively.
- On-Boarding of customers
- Maintaining customer data and their meal requirements on system.
- Ensuring that customer is satisfied with the meal plan and taking feedback frequently.
- Initiating timely notifications for any change in customer expectation.
