We are hiring a proactive and results-driven Sales Officer to join our growing team. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying new sales opportunities, building strong customer relationships, and meeting assigned sales targets. Key Responsibilities:
Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and field visits.
Conduct sales presentations and product demonstrations to potential clients.
Understand customer needs and offer appropriate products or services.
Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Maintain client records and update CRM system with relevant information.
Follow up with leads and existing clients to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
Collaborate with team members to achieve better results.
Participate in market research and stay updated on industry trends and competitor activity.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Commerce, or a related field.
Proven experience in sales, customer service, or business development (1–3 years preferred).
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Self-motivated and goal-oriented with a results-driven approach.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Familiarity with MS Office and CRM tools
