We seeking highly motivated and experienced Sales Personnel to join our dynamic team. As a salesperson, you will play a pivotal role in driving sales, building relationships with clients, and contributing to the overall growth of our business.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales and Client Relationship Management: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet and exceed targets. Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients. Provide expert product knowledge and assistance to customers.

Managerial Capabilities: Demonstrate strong leadership skills and the ability to lead a sales team. Motivate and mentor team members to achieve individual and collective sales goals.

Qualifications and Skills: Minimum of 3 years of proven experience in sales, preferably in the furniture or bedding industry. A university degree in Business Administration or a related field is a plus. Proficient in the use of Microsoft Excel . Familiarity with social media outreach and management is highly desirable.

Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Ability to effectively communicate with clients, team members, and management.

Initiative and Adaptability: Proactive and self-motivated with a strong sense of initiative. Ability to adapt to changing market trends and customer preferences.

Experience: Minimum 3 years in Sales

Salary: Rs25,000.00 - Rs35,000.00 per month
