Key Responsibilities:

Analyze and track KPIs to improve home chefs operations performance
Focus on reducing fail rates, improving profitability and the competitive pricing landscape within the food delivery industry
Analyze and track KPIs to ensure smooth progress and high achievement across multiple operational KPIs
Proactively propose new strategies to improve set-up and eradicate repetitive issues
Work closely with all stakeholders to optimize operations and resolve issues in order to drive vendors efficiency
Maintain a weekly check as to whether the team is improving and take appropriate actions
Prepare and present monthly financial review

Requirements:

Bachelors or Masters degree in business, operations or related fields
3-5 years of management experience in operations with a high focus on high volumes
Proven record of experience in managing a team
Exceptional communication and organizational skills
Self-learner mentality
Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
Prior experience in start-up is preferred
