We are looking for Junior Officer (School Services) for our Head Office. The position is primarily responsible for liaison and collaboration with all role players at all school buildings for the management and supervision of various functions of the School Services Department, primarily Maintenance Staff and Inspection. The incumbent is also responsible for compliance of related policies and procedures at the various buildings.

Primary Duties and Responsibilities:

Proactively maintain effective and regular coordination with all the custodians (Building Managers and Building Heads in case of school buildings) of Maintenance Staff and Inspection function of SSD at all buildings.
Ensure that the Maintenance Staff is managed as per the policy manual.
Conduct independent monitoring and inspection routines at all buildings as per the set timelines to ensure all tasks and procedures are carried out inappropriate way and as per the policy set out by the Head Office.
Responsible for improving procedures, workflows and systems related to management of Maintenance Staff and Inspection function of SSD.
Continuous identification and implementation of best practices pertinent to domains of school services department across the systems.
Motivate and train the Maintenance Staff workforce and carry out effective performance management as per the set timelines.
Liaise with the SSD Team to extend support to other functions of the Department.
Identify, document, report, rectify and close non-compliances against implementation of policies and procedures at the buildings.
Visiting school buildings and other buildings for observations as per agreed schedule.
He/ she will be responsible for any Special projects or projects assigned by the Management as and when required.
