To assist Medical Superintendent in smooth operations regarding psycho-social rehabilitation processes of the institution.
To assist Medical Superintendent in increasing the success ratio of patient's psycho-social rehabilitation.
To assist Medical Superintendent in making proposals, developing systems and suggesting improvements in psycho-social rehabilitation structure of institution.
To assist Medical Superintendent in setting goals and targets of all rehabilitation & therapeutic staff, carrying out Degree performance Based Appraisals and conducting Performance Audits.
To develop periodical Reports regarding psycho-social rehabilitation facilities & achievements and to present improvement suggestions.
To assist Medical Superintendent in Board Meetings.
To assist Medical Superintendent in Research & Development activities.
To supervise all rehabilitation & therapeutic staff of the institution.
To monitor quality intervention regarding patient's psycho-social rehabilitation activities/therapies.
To monitor family psycho education and counseling activities.
To supervise psycho-education and awareness programs and trainings for volunteer interns/trainees & community.
To handle patient's complaints.
To ensure staff trainings and capacity building.
Any other assignment assigned by the management.
