Requirements:

Fluent in spoken & written English
Previous experience of a similar job dealing with any international market would be a plus
Tolerant with customers and good in telephonic manners
Typing and data entry skills in excess of 20 words per minute
A primary knowledge of using computers and internet research is mandatory. Spelling, accuracy, and attention to detail, self-motivated, detail-oriented, and organized
Punctuality and Being on time is requisite
Generate sales leads
Manage large incoming calls
