We are looking for a professional Front Desk Officer to join our team at our DHA Phase 1 location in Lahore. The successful candidate will play a vital role in creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere for guests while efficiently managing all front desk operations. This full-time position demands strong organizational skills, the ability to multitask, and a friendly yet professional approach to customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome guests courteously and professionally.
- Manage the front desk operations, including promptly handling all incoming phone calls.
- Respond to guest inquiries and provide accurate information as required.
- Coordinate and schedule meetings and appointments to ensure smooth workflow.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and presentable reception area at all times.
- Perform additional duties as assigned by the Head of Department (HOD).
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree from a recognized institution.
- 2 to 3 years of relevant experience, preferably in a front desk or receptionist role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications is essential.
- Open to both male and female candidates.
- Willingness and ability to work on-site at the specified Lahore location.
