Front End Team Leader

Remote Solutions is looking for a Front-End Team Lead with strong expertise in React.js to join a prominent Canadian health-tech client. The position is based in Islamabad and follows a hybrid work model requiring three days onsite. Working hours are aligned with Canadian clients, from 4:00 PM to 12:00 AM PKT. Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and oversee the front-end development team, ensuring high-quality code, timely delivery, and adherence to best practices.
- Collaborate directly with international clients in Canada and the US for requirement gathering, progress updates, and product demonstrations.
- Mentor junior developers and conduct detailed code reviews to foster continuous team growth and skill enhancement.
- Develop robust front-end solutions primarily using React.js, along with other modern JavaScript frameworks.
- Stay current with industry trends and integrate relevant new technologies into development workflows.
- Manage multiple priorities efficiently under tight deadlines to deliver scalable, high-quality solutions.

Required Qualifications:
- 5 to 7+ years of solid front-end development experience with advanced proficiency in React.js.
- Proven track record as a Team Lead, including managing teams and mentoring junior developers.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with confidence in conducting client meetings, demos, and providing regular updates.
- Experience working with international clients, especially from North America, is essential.
- Strong understanding of agile development methodologies and the ability to thrive in deadline-driven environments.
