Role and Responsibilities: As a PTE/IELTS Instructor at FTI Consultants Pvt Ltd, you will play a vital role in guiding and coaching students towards achieving their desired scores in the PTE and IELTS exams. You will be responsible for creating an engaging and effective learning environment that equips students with the necessary language skills, strategies, and confidence to excel in their exams. Your role will encompass the following responsibilities:

Course Delivery: Conducting structured and interactive PTE/IELTS classes, delivering content effectively, and tailoring teaching methods to meet the diverse learning needs of students.

Curriculum Development: Designing and developing comprehensive curriculum materials, including lesson plans, practice tests, and study resources, to ensure students are well-prepared for the exams.

Assessment and Feedback: Administering regular assessments to track students' progress and providing constructive feedback to help them identify areas for improvement.

Individualized Support: Offering personalized guidance and support to students, addressing their specific strengths and weaknesses, and providing strategies to enhance their performance.

Motivation and Engagement: Inspiring and motivating students to stay committed to their learning goals, fostering a positive and encouraging classroom environment.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in English, Education, Linguistics, or a related field.
Proficiency in English, both written and spoken, at a native or near-native level.
Certification in PTE or IELTS training (preferred).
Prior experience in teaching PTE and/or IELTS preparation courses (preferred).
Strong understanding of the structure and content of the PTE and IELTS exams.
Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
