Cash Handling

Physical handling of cash fund which will include the following:
- Make sure that the GL balances at the end of the day are matched with physical cash count
- Any deviation due to IOU to be reordered separately on the daily control sheet
- Charging of all payments against proper accounts in line with the chart of accounts
- Submission of a daily status of cash count and ledger balance with reconciliations to concerned department

Cash Reimbursements:

Regular reimbursement of petty cash and posting of payments against appropriate accounts
Bank reconciliation twice a week and finalize on monthly basis before monthly closing with all necessary adjustments.
Payment of utility bills of all stations
Follow-up advance against expenses on a weekly basis;
