Fulcrum Pvt.Ltd is looking “Manager HR / Admin” for one of its clients.

Position: Manager HR / Admin

Location: Hyderabad, Kotri.

Education: Bachelors / Master’s

Experience: 6-8 years of relevant experience , Must have been in a similar position earlier at factories.

Gender: Male

Job Responsibility:

Manage all HR & Admin related activities, including but no limits to:

Payroll Management.
IR & Labour Handling.
Attendance Management.
Security Management.
Labour Authorities.
Labour Laws / Labour Issues.
Supervise daily support operations of company & plan to complete administrative duties in different departments.
Excellent communication & organizational skills.
Konwledge of MS EXCEL & FORMULAS.
Prepare Employees payroll sheets,
Knowledge of EOBI & SESSI..
Look after HR & Labour Issues.
Candidate must have knowledge about recruitment & operations.
Candidate must be able to supervise & handle ground level staff.
Candidate should have his own conveyance
