Principal Responsibilities:

Responsible for SAP Plant Maintenance Module utilization and integration with Preventive Maintenance Plan, implementation on day-to-day tasks being performed.
Assist Assistant Manager Operations in implementation of Plant Preventive Maintenance plan effectively to reduce the breakdowns and unplanned downtimes.
Develop and maintain Maintenance KPIs report and share on daily and monthly basis (as per format shared by AM Operations).
Assist AM Operations in Execution of new Projects as per Project draft.
Develop the Engineering Spares Store inventory level and manage the Physical & System based issuance controls.
lead the Mechanical and Electrical faults troubleshooting for all plant machines.
Ensure the GMP and OHSAS compliance in all activities being done in Maintenance Department.
Preparing analytical and statistical reports on maintenance activities and work on cost saving / operational efficiency proposals.
Recommend and assist in the implementation of goals and objectives; implement approved policies and procedures.
Ensure the implementation of Technical training plan for departmental workers, prepared by AM Maintenance.
Attend and participate in all meeting, including HSE/Technical/Departmental, to enhance the personnel skills and capability of the department.
Participate in investigation and preparation of relevant reports.
