Provide administrative support to Clients as a Human Resources Executives
Responsible for all activities related to recruitment & selection of the employees i.e. to identify staff vacancies and initiate recruitment process, scheduling of interviews and maintaining interview record
Maintain database using Bullhorn Staffing Software & MS Excel for received solicited and unsolicited resumes of candidates
To Conduct pre-screening (telephonic and on site) interviews for vacant positions
To Coordinate with departmental heads for different work assignments
To Design Job Advertisements for posting on social media and official websites
Attracts applicants by placing job advertisements; contacting candidates & clients, using groups and job sites
Generate Monthly Reports-MIS for vacancies and interviews on timely manner
Act as a point of contact and build influential client/candidate relationships during the selection process
Accomplishes human resources and organization mission by completing related results as needed
