Nexus Healthcare Management LLC, a prominent healthcare services provider backed by experienced physicians and industry professionals, is looking for a talented Full Stack Developer to join their team. This full-time, onsite role is based in DHA, Phase 6, Lahore, with working hours from 6 PM to 3 AM PKT (night shift). The successful candidate will be instrumental in designing and developing innovative web and mobile applications that advance healthcare solutions, incorporating the latest technologies in AI and machine learning.

Key Responsibilities
Lead the end-to-end design, development, and maintenance of full-stack web applications using the MERN stack, ensuring they are scalable, secure, and high-performing. Develop well-structured backend APIs and services with Node.js and Express.js, integrating efficiently with MongoDB databases. Build dynamic and user-friendly interfaces for web applications using React.js, focusing on responsiveness and usability. Design and develop cross-platform mobile applications using Flutter, delivering native-like experiences on both iOS and Android devices. Research and integrate AI and machine learning models into web and mobile platforms to enable features such as predictive analytics, recommendation engines, and natural language processing. Collaborate closely with Product Managers, UI/UX Designers, Data Scientists, and QA Engineers throughout the software development lifecycle in an Agile environment, preferably Scrum. Participate actively in all development phases including requirements gathering, architectural design, coding, testing, code reviews, and deployment. Implement best practices to ensure code quality, security, and performance optimization across the technology stack. Stay current with emerging trends and advancements in web, mobile, and AI/ML technologies, contributing innovative ideas to the team.

Required Qualifications
4-5 years of professional experience as a Full Stack Developer with a strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in MERN stack development, mobile applications, and AI/ML integration. Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical discipline, or equivalent practical experience. Expert-level proficiency in MERN stack technologies: deep knowledge of MongoDB database design, querying, and optimization; extensive experience building scalable RESTful APIs and backend services using Express.js and Node.js; mastery of modern React.js features including Hooks, Context API, and state management. Proven experience in cross-platform mobile development with Flutter and Dart. Solid understanding of AI and machine learning concepts, with familiarity in ML libraries such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, and scikit-learn. Experience in data processing, model integration, and deploying AI models into production environments via APIs. Proficiency with Git and modern version control workflows. Strong practical experience working within Agile methodologies such as Scrum or Kanban. Excellent problem-solving, debugging, and analytical skills. Exceptional communication, collaboration, and interpersonal abilities.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
The position follows a Monday to Friday schedule from 6 PM to 3 AM PKT (night shift). A competitive monthly salary ranging from Rs150,000 to Rs170,000 is offered.
