We are looking for a motivated and skilled Full Stack Web Developer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining both front-end and back-end components of web applications. Your efforts will ensure that our websites are highly functional, perform well, and provide an excellent user experience. You will work closely with designers and fellow developers to build responsive, user-friendly web solutions that align with project goals.

Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and maintain web applications across both front-end and back-end environments.
- Create user interfaces using modern front-end frameworks and technologies.
- Implement server-side logic and integrate APIs and third-party services.
- Collaborate with designers and developers to deliver responsive and visually appealing websites.
- Write clean, secure, and well-documented code following industry best practices.
- Test, debug, and optimize applications to enhance performance and resolve issues.
- Stay updated with emerging technologies and industry trends to continuously improve skills and project outcomes.

Required Qualifications:
- Proficiency in front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and frameworks like React.js, Vue.js, or Angular.
- Strong back-end development experience with Node.js, PHP, Python, Laravel, or Express.js.
- Experience working with databases including MySQL, MongoDB, and PostgreSQL.
- Familiarity with version control systems, especially Git and GitHub.
- Competence in using development tools such as VS Code, Postman, and package managers like NPM or Yarn.

Additional Information:
This is a full-time, in-person position based in Multan. The starting salary is Rs30,000 per month. Only candidates currently residing in Multan are eligible to apply.
