Job Description:

Provide guidance and assist local and overseas pilgrims in purchasing Umrah packages under the best terms and rates.
Perform comparative market analysis.
Prepare necessary paperwork.
Remain knowledgeable about the Umrah market and policies.
Establish/develop and maintain a client database including regular contact and follow-up with all clients.
Responsible for issuing booking reservations and receipt of payments.
Answer clients' questions regarding policies and latest updates
Arrange online meetings for B2B & B2C clients for onboarding & portal training
Manage Response time to the leads assigned
Lead Sourcing through personal channels & existing clients
The flexibility of working extra hours.
Follow company processes and guidelines.
