We are currently seeking a skilled and motivated Ecommerce Coordinator / Assistant to Head of Ecommerce to join our dynamic team at our office located at Bahadurabad, Karachi.

Responsibilities

Manage Amazon, eBay, Wayfair and Shopify accounts and perform day-to-day operational tasks.
Monitor and optimize product listings, including product descriptions, images, and keywords, to ensure maximum visibility and sales performance.
Conduct thorough market research to identify trends, competition, and opportunities.
Communicate effectively with customers and provide timely updates on their orders or queries.
Assist in managing inventory and fulfillment processes to ensure smooth order processing and customer satisfaction.
Analyze sales data and metrics to generate reports and make data-driven recommendations for sales growth.
Stay up-to-date with specific marketplace policies and industry best practices to ensure compliance and maximize sales potential.

Qualifications

Minimum 2 year of experience working as an Ecommerce Coordinator or in a similar role.
Proficiency in managing Amazon, eBay, Wayfair and Shopify seller accounts, including product listing optimization, keyword research, and inventory management.
Strong knowledge of Amazon seller central and familiarity with third-party tools for Amazon analytics and optimization.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Detail-oriented with strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred.
