Truck Dispatcher Responsibilities:
- Scheduling drivers to make freight deliveries or collect shipments and packages.
- Communicating with carriers about freight details, delivery or pickup times
- Negotiating with Brokers.
- Preparing dispatch documents, as well as generating freight bills and invoices.
- Managing paperwork for carriers.
- Keeping track of transportation regulations and laws to ensure that truck drivers comply.
Working Hours: 5:00 pm - 2:30 am
Experience level Required:
- Should have at least 3 months of experience as a truck dispatcher for a truck dispatching company.
- Applicant must be Fluent in English, should be able to use computer applications, have good communication skills, Motivated and Responsible
