Responsibilities and Duties:

Drive project to identify key levers for new user growth, retention, and revenue.
Leverage data to understand the product, identify opportunities, and execute initiatives to drive growth and engagement.
Build and maintain all the steps in user behavior and present opportunities to optimize step by step conversions
Build models that enhance our understanding of user behavior and predict future performance
Design experiments, and assist others on the growth team in designing experiments and interpreting results to draw detailed and actionable conclusions
Communicate learnings, opportunities and KPI’s with the rest of the organization in a way that is simple and accessible.

Qualifications:

Education level: Bachelor’s / Master's degree in quantitative field (or equivalent training & experience)

Experience: 1.5 - 2.5 years in a data-intensive role. Experience building out data pipelines from new and raw data sources.

Specific skills: Proficiency with SQL, Excel, and Angular, Js or Python.

Good knowledge of experimentation and statistical methods (distribution analysis, factor analysis, classification, clustering, etc.)
Strong communication skills with a consistent record of collaborating across a wide variety of teams and disciplines.
