GADITEK is hunting for a Customer Success Executive fluent in French or German to support and create value for our clients.

In this role, you will be responsible for achieving world-class level client support, value-added usage, retention, and ensuring customer loyalty. We need someone resilient and capable of handling an upset and aggrieved customer-facing situation like a champ. You should have fluency in reading, writing, and speaking French or German with a good French or Neutral accent.

Once you are here, you will:

  • Manage complex transactional or emotional customer situations promptly and professionally.
  • Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction.
  • Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right data sources and knowledge.
  • Plan, prioritize, and manage time effectively for assuring 100% customer satisfaction.
  • Track and resolve any issues and communicate timely correspondences back to customers.
  • Answer calls professionally and provides information about products and services.
  • Maintain healthy relationships with loyal customers to retain them.
  • Engage with the customers to resolve queries within the given timeframe.

Relevant Experience:

To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty mentioned satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill and/or ability required for this role.

  • Education: Bachelors.
  • Experience: Minimum 2 - 3 years.
  • Ability to read, write, and speak French or German fluently with a good neutral accent.
  • Proficiency in communicating in English (verbally and written) is a must.
  • Prior experience in the customer-facing area is a must.
  • Web-savvy background with knowledge of eCommerce functions is an added bonus.
