UI Designer

Gaditek is looking for a UI Designer to create beautiful and intuitive user experiences. Candidates must have a keen eye for clean and artful design, possess superior UI skills and be able to translate high-level requirements into interaction flows and functional user interfaces. The UI Designer will also be working closely with our product teams, users and development team in an agile and interactive design-focused environment.

Once you are here, you will:

Conceptualize and design digital marketing banners, emails and display ads.
Create design concepts and present solutions to business partners that satisfy both customer needs and business requirements.
Work closely with other Creative Designers for asset production for large scale marketing campaigns.
Collaborate with the UX team to translate requirements, specifications, and wire framesinto visual designs.
Contribute to the advancement of the team’s design methodology by focusing on quality, client-side performance, and efficiency.
Keeping up-to-date with new developments in relevant design, technology, standards,and standard methodologies.

Relevant Experience:

2+ years of experience in an integrated marketing design-related field at adesign/interactive agency or in-house team.
A collaborative work ethic and easy-going nature.
Excellent organization and presentation skills.
Ability to learn new skills and assume new responsibilities
Ability to wireframe ideas quickly
Understand and follow brand standards and brand guidelines
Collaborate with the UX team to translate requirements, specifications, and wire framesinto visual designs.
A portfolio is a MUST that demonstrates a range of work, a compelling design perspective, and attention to detail
Bachelors or Diploma in Communication Design or Visual ArtsNice to have:
Experience with HTML/CSS
Basic animation
Understanding of UX design
