Job Description

You’ll produce technically accurate and efficient 3D models of a range of assets from buildings through to furniture pieces.
You’ll also contribute to collaboration projects, playing an important part in helping our clients achieve their goals.
In this role you will have the opportunity to develop your current skills and learn new design tools in order to broaden your capabilities and will be required to keep abreast of new developments and technologies within the 3D arena.

You’ll be:

A professional 3D modeler – with at least 3 years’ experience in a creative agency or in-house role with an impressive portfolio. .
Confident with a range of software, including the far reaches of
Autodesk Revit
AutoCAD
3DS Max
Fanatically curious about the craft of modeling and texture UVs.
Obsessive about hitting deadlines.
At your best working in a team – including collaborating directly with clients.
Keen to contribute to and improve the processes we use.

Your role will require you to:

Ability to understand and handle architectural drawings.
Capable of modeling projects from minimum sketches, supervision and coordinating independently with architects/designers and third parties when required.
Provide efficient modeling and converting of datasets from CAD to other 3D modeling packages.
Work on architectural 3D modeling, unwrapping, texturing.
Ensuring consistency of UV mapping and polygonal subdivisions
Facilitate the creation of high-quality photo-real texture maps
A good understanding of form, color, and texture, and know how these elements work together (demonstrated via showreel)
Ability to interpret and follow reference material to create clean, detailed, and accurate models
Strong polygonal subdivision modeling skills
Real-world understanding of proportion, depth, scale, and physical space
Highly efficient UV layout experience using a UDIM workflow is required
Experience processing and working with scans

Stay updated with the latest software used in the visualization field.
