Job Summary:Gate Healthcare 1 Pak (Private) Limited is an emerging 270 bedded multi-specialty facility located in Lahore, Pakistan. The hospital which will be commencing operations in Q1 2018, is part of an international healthcare group whose mission is to provide quality healthcare to the aspiring middle classes in Pakistan, through investment in hospitals, clinics, and diagnostic centers.

We are looking for a Manager ICT Operations to establish, maintain a reliable, secure and efficient data and communications infrastructure. The ideal candidate will be able to deploy, configure, maintain and monitor all active systems data center and network side, in order to ensure smooth hospital operations.

Duties and Responsibilities:

· Fully supporting, configuring, maintaining and upgrading networks and in house servers

· Installing and integrating new server hardware and applications

· Keeping an eye out for needed updates

· Support and administer third-party applications

· Ensure network security and connectivity

· Monitor network performance (availability, utilization, throughput, good put, and latency) and test for weaknesses

· Set up user accounts, permissions and passwords

· Resolve problems reported by end user

· Define network policies and procedures

· Specify system requirements and design solutions

· Research and make recommendations on server system administration

Eligibility Criteria:

· BSCS / MCS or a related discipline.

· 10 years’ experience in a network administrator role (Healthcare setup will be preferred).

· Hands on experience in networking, routing and switching

· Excellent knowledge of best practices around management, control, and monitoring of server infrastructure

· Experience with firewalls, Internet VPN’s remote implementation, troubleshooting, and problem resolution is desired

· Ability to set up and configure server hardware

· Familiarity with backup and recovery software and methodologies

· Great at organizing, prioritizing and multitasking
