To keep updated information regarding rules, regulations, and curricula etc. which are approved by the University Authorities and regulatory bodies from time to time
To assist the Registrar in making internal (within the University) and external correspondence (which includes correspondence with the accrediting and regulatory authorities like HEC, HED, PHEC, PCP, PCATP, PBC PM&DC, PEC, Ministries, Departments etc.)
To ensure the nomination(s) of members on statutory bodies are made timely as per the Charter
To ensure constitution of BoF and other Committees and get them notified
To provide leadership in the absence of the Registrar
To monitor the human and technological resources that support the daily operations of the Registrar’s Office in consultation with the Registrar
To assist the Registrar in making notifications regarding different nominations, and implementation of decisions made by the University Authorities
To collect data and prepare official reports as and when required
To assist the Registrar in conduct of the Convocation and other official events
Any other task(s) as assigned by the Registrar
