A large educational group has launched a new project namely ‘Grades Academies’. The fundamental purpose of education is to gain knowledge. In this highly competitive world understanding of knowledge in depth is necessary. To excel in this system, grades are also important. At Grades Academies, we focus on both, understanding and grades. To realize the philosophy of Grades Group of Educational Institutions, we need an educated, experienced and dynamic Director. Ideal candidate should possess minimum Masters degree in any subject, experience of running academies, and understanding of dynamics of curriculum at various levels. Major responsibilities include:
1. Open the new academies franchise network and supervise their work.
2. Hold meetings and educate prospective business associates about the project.
3. Guide and provided training to the business associates about running of the academies.
4. Assist in the appointment of academic and administrative staff in the academies.
5. Monitor and allocate staff to academics according to their requirements.
6. Obtain daily update from all academies about their financial matters.
7. Make arrangements to maintain record i.e. financial, academics, technical, and human of all academies.
8. Act as principal of the main academy in Lahore.
9. Undertake research to identify the best interventions for improving performance of the academies.
10. Any other related work assigned.
