HTech Solutions (a subsidiary of GCS Group of Comapnies) is looking for Customer Support Representative for one of the leading banks of Pakiatan. The person should possess strong communication skills, impressive leadership, the energy and motivation and to play a key role in a dynamic, growing technology-based company.

The said person should have at least a bachelors degree and at least 3 to 5 years of experience in a call center. Experience with as a phone banking officer will be a plus.

Responsibilities:

Duties are mentioned in the descending order of time demanded/consumed.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Analytical – ability to examine problems effectively and evaluate alternate solutions
Teamwork, Discipline, and time management
Proficient in MS Office (will need to work on reports on Excel/Word and PowerPoint)
Handle day to day client deliverables smoothly.
Other related job responsibilities as assigned by Call Center Asst. Manager or Manager
