Job Responsibility: ·
- The Representative will be responsible to reach out to prospective customers by taking and managing calls in a professional and confident manner.
- Presenting products over the phone as well as dealing with customers’ questions and doubts. ·
- Follow Sales Scripts offered by the company to drive sales & respond to customer rejections.
- Identify the customer needs on call, and seize the opportunity to upsell with clear information.
Job Requirements:
- The candidate should be fluent in English with a good accent.
- Should possess good interpersonal and communication skills.
- Prior experience of working in a Call Center will be preferred
- The Candidate must be responsible and punctual with a positive attitude.
