The Position will be key interface between Suppliers and operations. The role will be fully responsible for Service delivery and fulfillment ensuring the customer has a first class experience, helping to transfer products from the manufactures and suppliers right to the retail door, this vital role makes sure stores remain fully stocked and customer delivery is ensured.

We are looking to hire Jr. Purchase Executive for Supply Chain Department.

Job Specification:

1. Ability to understand online market places.

2. Should be Internet savvy.

3. Detail oriented and fast learner.

4. Excellent problem solver who can work independently

5. Should have good computer skills like Microsoft Office.

6. Should be able to understand and communicate in English.

Job Description:

1. Send PO and place orders with our vendors.

2. Handle payments of purchase orders.

3. Communicate, negotiate and fulfill orders as per the need.

4. Manage and update system data with accuracy.

5. Followup with vendors incase of any order delay

6. Reviewing weekly stock data and identifying stock requirements.

7. Managing purchases of new stock online. The applicant must ensure it is familiar with operating websites such as eBay, Amazon, Walmart and part of the role will require the applicant to manage their time to ensure successful purchases can be made online.

8. Keeping record for daily work and update it to supervisor.
