Key Job Responsibilities

Responsible for working on performance management system & annual increments.
Assist Sr.HR Executives in system implementation.
Be actively involved in recruitment by preparing job descriptions, Job ads posting and interviews scheduling.
Perform recruitment and orientation functions and execute the related documentation.
Maintain Employee Database
Deal with employee clearance and resignations
Perform all other tasts assigned by Sr. HR excutives

Required Skills

Should be proficient in MS Excel
Should have knowledge of basic HR procedures and practices
Should have good written and verbal communication skills
KNowledge of SAP will be a plus

Required Education

BBA (Hons.) or MBA in Human Resource managment
BS or MS in Human resources.
