We currently looking to hire a customer services manager.
We require an experienced person who has the knowledge, experience and understanding of running a call centre professionally.
You will be required to build a team of 15-20 individuals to run the customer services for our home and garden furniture business based in the UK. Therefore all staff must be well spoken in English and must posses strong English literature and vocabulary skills.
We are looking to launch our customer services office As soon as possible therefore require a ; reliable, trust worthy , hard working professional individual who will be working very closely with us and managing our call centre here in Pakistan , Rawalpindi.
Tasks will be:
- Taking sales over the phone
- Answer sales & After sales queries over the phone and email.
- Answering sales and after sales queries via online chat.
- Taking inbound delivery calls
- Making outbound delivery calls
- Inputting sales data.
- NO COLD CALLING INVOLVED
All tasks and responsibilities will be confirmed along with working days and salaries at the time of interview.
