• Strong command over spoken English is a must.
• Fluent in English (American Accent), Arabic (Gulf Accent), and Urdu (Native).
• Call center Experience minimum One Year
• Managing large amounts of Inbound Calls in a timely manner
• Follow communication scripts when handling different topics
• Identify customer's needs, Clarify information, research every issue, and provide the alternatives and/or solutions.
• Seize opportunities to up-sell products when they arise.
• Keep records of all conversations in our call center database in a comprehensive way.
• Showing multitasking skills as well as the flexibility of shifts
• Meet personal/ team qualitative and quantitative targets.
• Individuals with excellent Verbal communication skills, Individuals who have a desire to learn, develop, and achieve the highest standards.
• The Candidate must be target-oriented and highly motivated.
