Assist with updating/maintaining digital survey programming documents and survey libraries.
Perform extensive quality checks on the data collected data from Market
Create quality measurements to track improvement in data
Execute quality improvement testing and activities
Adhere to industry quality and safety standards
Create reports documenting errors and issues for fixing
Maintain standards for reliability and performance of production
Work within a small team to prepare reports and presentations that communicate study findings in an engaging manner.

Required Qualification and Experience

2+ years’ experience working as a quality controller
Strong logical/critical thinking skills
Well-organized, with good analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent presentation skills
Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint
English Proficient
Basic Data Mining, SQL knowledge skills is plus
Bachelor’s in Business, IT, Market Research, or any other disciplines considered
