Booking monthly investment-related journal entries into Accounting Software.Monthly reconciliation of bank and investment accounts to custodial statements.
Monthly preparation of consolidated balance sheets, profit & loss, and cash flow statements and supporting schedules among various entities.
Preparing annual cash flow budgets, with quarterly actual to expected analysis.
Preparing ad hoc analysis and reports upon request.Liaising with the external auditor and accounts advisor for any requests that may arise.
All bookkeeping tasks.The entry of all relevant transactions into the FBR portal.
REQUIREMENTS FROM THE CANDIDATES Having 2 to 3 years’ experience in the relevant field.
Advanced knowledge of MS Excel and accounting softwareIn-depth understanding of business bookkeeping procedures.
Staying abreast with the latest accounting laws and policies.
Working knowledge of GAAP & IFRS is a plus.
Strong numeracy and analytical skills.Good problem-solving and time management skills.
Highly organized and detail-oriented.
