1) Direct construction, operations, and maintenance activities at multiple project sites.
2) Provide technical advice regarding design, construction and structure.
3)Inspect project sites daily to monitor progress and ensure conformance to design specifications.
4)Estimate quantities and cost of materials, equipment, or labour to ensure timely procurement.
5)Liaise with the Project Head to update on construction progress.
6)Ensure adherence to all health and safety standards.
7)Supports in cost control, document control and quality control activities.
8) Track project status regularly and ensure to execute projects within allotted budget and timelines.
9)Reviews design documents and give his input in construction planning.
10) Liaison with subcontractors particularly civil contractors, for timely completion of project in accordance with required specifications.
11)Ensures compliance with Quality and standards for all projects.
12) Supports the project manager in identifying evaluating, assessing, and escalating risk and opportunities, strategies and response activities.
14)Proven working experience managing multiple construction sites.
15) Excellent knowledge of design and visualization software such as AutoCAD, Revit etc.
16) Experience of Structural, Concrete works, Correct interpretation the Drawings is a must.
Must have proficiency in MS OFFICE
Must be PEC Member.
Candidate must comfortable to work in Sialkot.
