A leading news Channel "92 News" is looking for young, energetic and experienced candidates to work over the position of "HR Executive".

The ideal candidate should possess the following:

Overseeing the HR processes and administering and monitoring HR working as under and assisting the Manager HR.
Responsible for employees Filing as necessary, following all HR processes and procedure.
Direct all hiring and training procedures for new employees.
Continually educate employees on company policies.
Administer or change benefits, health plans etc.
Organize, maintain and update employee HRIS information as needed.
Coordinate and direct work activities for managers and employees.
Attend to employee complaints and work to resolve conflicts.
Manage and supervise other HR staff, ensuring they are assigned and carry out proper tasks.
Understand and adhere to all applicable labor laws.
