We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Marketing & Social Media Marketing Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be creative, data-driven, and have a proven track record of developing and implementing successful marketing strategies across various digital platforms.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute comprehensive marketing plans to drive brand awareness, engagement, and conversion through various channels including social media, email, SEO/SEM, content marketing, and other digital platforms.
- Manage all aspects of social media marketing including content creation, publishing, community management, and analytics across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and others.
- Create and curate engaging content (text, image, video) tailored to different platforms and target audiences to increase follower growth, engagement, and traffic.
- Monitor social media trends, tools, and applications and apply insights to improve campaign performance and stay ahead of the competition.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including design, product, and sales to develop integrated marketing campaigns that align with business goals and objectives.
- Analyze campaign performance metrics, track KPIs, and generate reports to measure the effectiveness of marketing efforts and optimize strategies accordingly.
- Stay up-to-date with industry developments, emerging technologies, and best practices in digital marketing and social media to drive continuous improvement and innovation.
- Manage budgets effectively and allocate resources efficiently to maximize ROI and achieve marketing objectives.
- Stay informed about relevant industry trends and the competitive landscape to identify new opportunities and challenges.
