What will you do?

You will exercise extreme ownership and lead a team of self-driven engineers and designers
You will act as a primary stakeholder along with the customer and ensure the smooth delivery of the product with every sprint.
You will be responsible to hire and build the team and also to mentor juniors to help them achieve their full potential.
You will define and enforce the team processes which include the development and deployment SOPs
You will define, enforce best practices in software design and development. What are we really looking for in you?

Your background and qualifications

BS/MS in Computer Science or related field
5+ years of industry experience in a Software Engineer role
Experience of leading team(s) and delivering projects/products is a must have.
Strong, hands-on web development and system design experience. The ideal candidate would be a full-stack engineer with prior experience in handling system design problems.
Experience with multiple development stacks is a big plus
Experience with lead generation and business development is a big plus
Experience with freelancing platform is a big plus.
