Major job responsibilities include:

  • To lead the team for General Ledger, Fixed Assets & Tax/Zakat/VAT
  • Manage the General Ledger and Trial Balance, including timely and accurate monthly closings, the review of account balances including managing of Prepayments and accruals.
  • Ability to make financial statements as per requirements of IFRS
  • Ability to analyze system reports and to reconcile with internal and external documents
  • Ability to make reconciliations (e.g. other inter companies) with strong MS Excel skills,
  • Handle all payable inquiries and liaising internally and externally
  • Liaise with other departments / vendors as necessary

Requiremets:

  • ACCA, CA Inter or equivalent with at least 10 years’ relevant experience .
  • ERP experience preferably Oracle Fusion
  • Candidates with Contracting companies experience will be preferred
  • Good communication in English essential and Arabic will be preferred
  • Have excellent organizational skills, problem solving, as well as time management and proactive in the completion of tasks to the management's expectations
  • Active, energetic with good communication and interpersonal skills
