We are looking for experienced Taxi and Limo dispatchers with excellent english communication skills.
JOB SUMMARY:
Provides communication support for the dispatch position by exchanging charter information with chauffeurs via two-way radio. May assist customer service representatives by answering of incoming phone lines, securing and verifying reservations and recording customer problems.
Primary Duties
1. Record ending trip information from chauffeurs.
2. Provide chauffeurs with route directions to specific pick-up and drop-off locations.
3. Assign and Cancel trips and follow-up runs, as designated to chauffeurs in an effective manner.
4. Manage Rotation of vehicles through pre-designated locations such as Airports, Hotels, etc.
5. Bring issues associated with operations to the attention of the Communications’ Supervisor.
6. Answer incoming phone lines.
7. Assist the Customer Service Department with securing and verifying client reservations when necessary.
