Job Description:

Monitoring tracking and the timely availability of Export, 3rd Party and Institutional Orders.
Generating the Production Instruction Order for Export, 3rd Party and Institutional Orders.
IOMs generation for Production if there is any change in MPS.
Process all the production demands to factory for production after fulfilling the document requirements and Verification from Regulatory.
Follow production for On-Time Delivery of Stocks to avoid losses.
Update institution and exports departments about the production status of products and Maintaining the SO Plan in SAP.
Coordination with 3rd party about the production plan of 3rd Party orders.
Raw Materials Transfer from Global to Vision, Reliance, Global Labs and vice-versa.
Analysis of Current Stock and Sharing of FGS near Expiry Report with all Stake Holders.
Daily Updating the Inventory Movement Report.
Stocks transfer from Global to Vision and Vice-Versa.
Sharing MPS with Production after getting Verification from Regulatory.
PR Generation for Finished Goods Stocks Inwards at Vision.
Intimating Production and Logistics for any Redressing Stocks and Following Production.
