He / she must be capable of the following traits:
- Performance analysis on HPLS, operation / know how of ASS, TOC, LPC, FTIR, UV, Dissolution apparatus, Titrimetry testing etc.
- Additionally must be able to manage / coach a team of 10 analysts and 02 microbiologists. Should have worked in an environment of ISO 9001:2015, ISO 17025:2015, ISO 14001, HWO guidelines for GLP, GDP, better communication skills.
