Being a team leader is accountable to identify and execute process improvements related to inventory levels, capacity planning and utilization and inventory accuracy.
Understands, follows, and enforces all established safety, health, quality GMP and Company policies, procedures, and recognized practices.
Manage and improve the inventory management processes for Raw & Packaging Material.
Improve production paperwork processes in order to streamline production information and reduce inventory errors.
Identify cost improvement opportunities and implement them through raw material suppliers, manufacturing, and warehousing.
Record data for supply requisitions.
Posting/Scanning information into SAP system.
Must have strong understanding of applicable Quality System Regulations and ISO quality requirements.
Ability to plan and/or oversee quality system/processes, documents, and vendor audits/assessments.
Solid oral and written communication skills with ability to communicate effectively and professionally.
Ability to manage multiple projects.
